Yoga for Soft Skin

Take malai or cream in a cup and mix almond's skin. Take the paste and apply it on your body before sleeping. When it dries, you may feel your skin pulling, do not worry as this happens because your body gets attached to the paste. Take a warm water shower when you wake up in the morning. You will then see your skin glow and your hands and legs softer than before.

Comment: Why is this called yoga? Applying some paste on the skin is
yoga? Maybe I can say tooth yoga and show a video of
brushing my teeth? Or, gnana yoga is sitting in a sofa and
reading a comic book? Maybe eating samosa and jalebi for
breakfast is bhoga yoga? Please do not turn the word 'yoga'
into a farce. You should show some more respect for your own
culture.
