To prepare this nutritious dish, you need:
Fresh or canned baby corn
Cottage cheese
Salt
Malt vinegar
Sugar
Oil
Tomatoes
Onions

To prepare Balchao paste, you require salt, malt vinegar, cinnamon sticks, sesame seeds, cloves, ginger, garlic and whole red chilies. Boil the baby corn first for about 5 to 8 minutes and then cut it to pieces. Mix dry red chilies, garlic, ginger, cloves, sesame seeds, salt and cinnamon with malt vinegar and grind the mixture. Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions, tomatoes, tomato puree and baby corn. Add the paste, sugar, salt and water. Now add cottage cheese and mix lightly. Add a bit of malt vinegar and serve hot when done.
