When Kader Khan (Mr Duggal) asks Akshay (Sunny) to pay the rent, Akshay comes up with the ingenious plan of mailing himself a letter from his dad well aware that Kader Khan will read the letter.

In the letter, Akshay's imaginary father implores Akshay to come back to manage his factories, airplanes and bungalows.

On reading the letter, greedy Kader Khan and his wife implore Akshay never to leave them. Kader Khan also promises to give Akshay all the money he needs.

Movie Story

Depressed at having been dumped by his fiancé Romi (Amrita Arora), Sameer Malhotra decides to go off to Goa. He meets Rani (Priyanka Chopra) and immediately falls in love with her. However, it is only after several attempts that he finally succeeds in befriending her.

 

Unfortunately for Sameer, Sunny Khurana (Akshay Kumar) also moves into the same house as Sameer and manages to cause a lot of trouble between the two. It appears Sunny wants to ruin Sameer's relationship with Rani. Sunny's actions aggravate Sameer and the latter's short temper again threatens to mess up his life.
