Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?, Road, Movie, Rokkk and Thanks Maa released together. Among these four films, only Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge? did well at the box-office. The film's collections were not so high on the first day. However, from the second day onwards, the collections saw a rise and on the third day, the collections were very impressive. The film has generated a profit of around Rs 13-14 crore in its first weekend which is very good.

Road, Movie, Rokk and Thanks Maa generated poor collections at the box office.

Movie Story

Puneet (Ajay Devgan) and Munmun (Konkona Sen Sharma) are a happily married couple who live in Mumbai with their son and are content with their life and their individual careers. But things take an interesting turn when Puneet's distant chachaji Lambodar Bajpai (Paresh Rawal) lands up at their doorstep. When Chachaji shows no intention of leaving, the exasperated couple is forced to make several schemes to force their guest to leave, often with hilarious results.
