Movie Story

Kate (Catherine Keener) and Alex (Oliver Platt) are a couple who deal in vintage furniture. They are eager to expand their business area and decide to convert the apartment they own next door for this purpose. However, they are unable to do so as the apartment is occupied by their elderly tenant Andra (Ann Guilbert). Therefore, Kate and Alex hope for her death. Things become hilariously out of control when Andra's daughters arrive at the scene.
