Film Critic Joginder Tuteja isn't impressed with Dil Bole Hadippa!. According to the critic, the film's predictable narration leads to a ridiculous climax which should be seen to be believed. In the end, it is difficult to say if director Anuraag Singh wanted to present a movie about cricket, women's liberation, Punjabi culture or romance. Rani Mukherjee and Shahid Kapoor are also not able to churn out anything special. Tuteja gives 2 out of 5 to this movie.
