Rahul Dev's character in the upcoming movie Shaapit will be shown using Theban language. Theban is known as the witches' alphabet because it is used in Wicca, a form of modern witchcraft, whenever any message needs to be hidden. Director Vikram Bhatt has done a lot of research about the language.

Movie Story

Shaapit is the story of Aman (Aditya Narayan) who proposes marriage to girlfriend Kaya (Shweta Agarwal). After Aman slips the engagement ring on Kaya's finger, the duo meet with an accident and are left badly injured.

Kaya's father reveals to the young couple that 300 years ago, a Brahmin had cursed their family: no daughter of the family will ever be able to marry.

Aman meets Pashupati, who helps him to hunt for the spirit of the Brahmin and get rid of the curse.
