Kaun Mil Gaya Ghar Se Nikal Ke - Azaad

Lyrics

Chupke se baat suno ae ri saheli
Ghar se woh nikli aaj akeli
Sharma gayi kyuun naar naveli
raste mein kaun mila bujho paheli
Kaun mil gaya ghar se nikalte
Yaar mil gaya ghar se nikalte
Ho kaun mil gaya ghar se nikalte
ho yaar mil gaya ghar se nikalte
Ho pyar mil gaya raste pe chalte
Ho kaun mil gaya

Woh toh sharmaayi zinda ghar aayi
Main hoti to mar jaati gir ke ram duhayi
Woh toh sharmaayi zinda ghar aayi
Main hoti to mar jaati gir ke ram duhayi
Chori chori chupke chupke
Jise milna tha duniya se chhupke
Wo beech bazaar mil gaya
Beech bazaar mil gaya
Ho kaun mil gya ghar se nikhal ke
ho kaun mil gaya, Ho yaar mil gaya ghar se nikhal ke ho yaar mil gaya
Ho yaar mil gaya ho pyar mil gaya raste pe chal ke
Ho pyar mil gaya ho pyar mil gaya ho kaun mil gaya hai hai hai
Dikh chahe na chahe na chahe na na ho ooooooo

Jadu chal gaye log jal gaye
Raatein badal gayein mere din badal gaye
Jadu chal gaye log jal gaye
Raatein badal gayein mere din badal gaye
Jabse mila woh dagar mein
Jiya laage na babul ke ghar main
Ho saajan ka dwaar mil gaya
Saajan ka dwaar mil gaya
Ho kaun mil gya ghar se nikal ke ho kaun mil gaya
Ho yaar mil gaya ghar se nikal ke ho yaar mil gaya
Ho yaar mil gaya ho pyar mil gaya raste pe chal ke
Ho pyar mil gaya
Ho kaun mil gaya

Lata Mangeshkar won her first Filmfare Best Female Playback Award for the song Aaja Re Pardesi from the film Madhumati (1958).

Artist Biography

Lata Mangeshkar, Bollywood's most popular playback singer, has been singing for over 50 years. She has lent her voice to actresses ranging from Nargis to Preity Zinta.

Lata began her singing lessons at the tender age of five, under renowned singers Ustad Aman Ali Khan Sahib and Ustad Amanat Khan. She made her debut as a playback singer in the Marathi film Kiti Hasaal (1942), but the song was edited out later.

It was with composer Ghulam Haider that her voice first resonated on the silver screen in the film Majboor (1948). In 1949, four of her films - Mahal, Dulari, Barsaat and Andaz - were released and Lata became a name to reckon with.

Though Lata sang for most of the popular music directors, it was with composers C Ramchandra and Madan Mohan that her voice scaled new heights. The 1960s and 1970s saw Lata at the height of her popularity, even as controversy plagued her with accusations of monopolizing the playback-singing industry. In 1980s, however, she cut down her playback work to concentrate on her shows abroad.

Lata continued to render her voice to young actresses like Kajol in Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995), Madhuri Dixit in Dil To Pagal Hai (1997), and Preity Zinta in Veer-Zaara (2004). She, still, has been singing for occasional films like Rang De Basanti (2006), Souten (2006), Jai Santoshi Maa (2006), Chain Kulli Ki Main Kulli (2007) and Salaam-E-Ishq (2007).
