Why Mika Quit Jhalak Dikhlaja ?

Mika Singh, once a close friend of Bollywood hottie Rakhi Sawant, is more remembered for his flamboyant and carefree attitude on Jhalak Dikhalaja rather than his dancing skills. He shocked Mona Singh (Jassi of Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin), the anchor of the show, when he openly declared to the voters not to vote for him because he was there just to please his fans and not to win the competition!

Mypopkorn.com met Mika recently while he was recording for an album at Meet Bros Music Co, Andheri, and asked him why did he choose to quit the show when he was going strong?

“My heart told me to quit. When the likes of Cyrus and Ronit Roy departed, I was left alone. There was no one of my caliber whom I could compete with. The rest of them were all kids. How could I compete with them? I wanted someone of my level to compete with. There was no one, so I quit,” explains the confident singer.
