Feb 20, 2009: Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan on Wednesday paid visit to Shah Rukh Khan at the latter's residence Mannat in Bandra.
Bachchan came to Mannat to inquire about Shah Rukh's health status.
During the meeting, he asked SRK to not to take the post-surgery period lightly, Bachchan said.
King Khan underwent shoulder surgery on February 16 at Mumbai's Breach Candy Hospital and was discharged a day later.
Earlier, Bachchan had a phone conversation with SRK, during which he advised the Badshah actor to avoid any kind of hasty activity in the post-surgery period.
Shah Rukh told Bachchan he felt depressed at the hospital and therefore came home.
Bachchan had wished him for quick recovery and SRK phoned him back to thank.
So far, the two superstars have worked together in movies like Mohabbatein, Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gam, Bhootnath and Paheli.
Though the duo repeatedly denied any rift between them, speculations about their cold war over the numero uno position persist.
Shah Rukh Khan is considered as the most popular actor of Bollywood.
Shah Rukh made his debut with film Deewana in 1992.
Since then Shah Rukh, also known as King Khan has ruled the box-office with many successful flicks like Darr, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and Kal Ho Naa Ho.
SRK has 13 Filmfare Awards under his belt, seven of which he won in the Best Actor category.
Besides acting, Shah Rukh has also produced films and hosted popular TV shows like Kaun Banega Crorepati.
