Aug 25, 2009: The crisis within the BJP deepened further on Monday after Arun Shourie demanded a total reconstruction of the party by changing the top leadership.
He said RSS should take over the reins of BJP because the party does not have a single efficient leader at top level.
Shourie said both Jaswant Singh and Vasundhara Raje are right in their own way.
Meanwhile, RSS spokesperson Ram Madhav said the Sangh's role is to give direction to the party and not to run it.
