Nov 2, 2008 Sun (1400 hrs) The Badshah of Bollywood and one of the most successful actors of the film industry, Shah Rukh Khan turned 43 years old on Sunday.

Shah Rukh Khan's better half Gauri Khan threw a party for her hubby on Saturday night, inviting only few selected people.

The guests and Badshah partied the whole night said the sources.

Among the people who were seen at the party venue were Karan Johar, Hritik Roshan, Sushmita Sen, Shirish Kunder and Sonali Bendre, Arjun Rampal, Chunky and Bhavana Pandey, Priyanka Chopra, Bipasha Basu.

Background

Shah Rukh Khan is considered as the most popular actor of Bollywood.

Shah Rukh made his debut with film Deewana in 1992.

Since then Shah Rukh, also known as King Khan has ruled the box-office with many successful flicks like Darr, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and Kal Ho Naa Ho.

SRK has 13 Filmfare Awards under his belt, seven of which he won in the Best Actor category.

Besides acting, Shah Rukh has also produced films and hosted popular TV shows like Kaun Banega Crorepati.
