Jun 11, 2009: RJD supremo Lalu Prasad turned 62 on Thursday.

Lalu would celebrate his birthday with RJD workers at his wife and Bihar's Leader of Opposition Rabri Devi's official residence in Patna.

The former Railway Minister is unsure of his birth date; however, RJD activists celebrate June 11 as his anniversary.

The leader reportedly would cut a cake weighing 120 kg today at a function organized by his supporters.

Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad is an MP from Bihar’s Saran.

Lalu was Union Railway Minister in Manmohan Singh-led UPA cabinet from 2004 to 2009.

He served as Chief Minister of Bihar from 1990 to 1997.

Lalu was forced to resign following corruption charges in the Rs 1950-crore Bihar Fodder scam.
