Apr 15, 2009: Rajasthan's Revenue Minister Hema Ram Chaudhary has landed in trouble after a television footage showed him distributing money at a function in Barmer on Tuesday.

 

The footages of the function to celebrate Dr B R Ambedkar's birth anniversary were aired by some news channels in which Chuadhary was seen distributing money to school students along with certificates.   

 

Meanwhile, the district administration has ordered an enquiry into the matter.

 

However, Congress has refuted charges of money distribution at the function.

 

Earlier, in a similar incident in the town, senior BJP leader Jaswant Singh was caught on camera distributing money at a poll gathering.
