Apr 7, 2009: Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan came together at Mumbai's JWT Marriott in a bid to resolve the ongoing dispute film producers and multiplexes over revenue sharing.

 

Speaking for the producers, Aamir said both the warring parties should share revenue equally and that would be fair to both.

 

He added that this was one industry and everybody could survive only when all sectors earn profitably.

 

Shah Rukh Khan said film was the bread and butter of all those who had gathered there and hence it was imperative that the deadlock be broken.

The dispute between the producers and multiplexes started in February over revenue sharing.

Shah Rukh Khan is considered as the most popular actor of Bollywood.

Shah Rukh made his debut with film Deewana in 1992.

Since then Shah Rukh, also known as King Khan has ruled the box-office with many successful flicks like Darr, Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and Kal Ho Naa Ho.
