Jun 16, 2009: Shiney Ahuja, accused of raping his maid servant could land in more trouble as the initial medical examination of the victim has revealed that she is between 17 and 18 years of age.

 

Mumbai Police now plan to conduct another medical test of the maid to determine her exact age.

 

If the test proves that the maid is a minor, serious charges will be slapped against Ahuja.

 

Even sex with mutual consent with a minor is considered as rape under the law.

 

Shiney, who is in police custody till June 18, has already confessed of having consensual sex with the girl
