Aug 11, 2009: Even as the government battles to contain swine flu, yoga guru Baba Ramdev on Tuesday said there was no reason for panic.

 

If necessary precautions are taken chances of contracting H1N1 virus are extremely remote, Ramdev said while addressing media in Delhi.

 

Cotton cloth should be wrapped around face while in crowded places, Ramdev said.

 

The yoga guru further said it was necessary to strengthen ones respiratory system by doing pranayam so as to combat such type of diseases.
