Jun 26, 2009: Indian cricket team has a chance to make it to the second position of the ICC one-day international (ODI) ranking if it defeats West Indies 4-0 in the ODI series starting Friday.

M S Dhoni-led Indian team is currently at the third spot with 122 points.

Team Australia is at the second position, ahead of India by a few decimal points.

However, India must win the series 4-0 to get to the second position.

Even if India wins the series 3-1, it will slip one point down to 121 points and will continue to remain at the third place.
