Sandhya does not agree with Suketu's decision. She refuses to let her daughter die an early death. Instead, Sandhya asks Suketu to fight till the end. She wants to go to US and do everything possible to save Abha. A reluctant Suketu agrees.

On the day of her departure for US, Devang calls a cab and asks its driver to help load the luggage in the vehicle.

On seeing the cab driver, Abha loses control over herself and flies into a fit of rage. The cab driver had raped her. In a fit of rage, Abha stabs the cab driver to death.
