Harshad apologizes to Meenakshi and asks for Rs 50 lakh, as he wishes to bribe police inspector Solanki. However, Meenakshi refuses.

 

Meenakshi uses her daughter Shilpa to trouble Harshad and Mona by sending her to stay with them. One day, Shilpa is kidnapped and the kidnapper demands Rs 40 lakh from Harshad.

 

The kidnapper, Vicky, is Mona's friend, and it is revealed that Mona is involved with Vicky in the kidnapping. Vicky offers Mona half the ransom money, but Mona wants to pocket it all and so mixes sleeping pills in his drink. Vicky falls unconscious

 

Harshad secretly overhears everything and realizes that Mona has betrayed him. He enters with a gun and forces Mona to take him to Shilpa. Harshad heroically saves his daughter from Vicky's goon.

 

Harshad brings Shilpa home and Meenakshi, too, forgives him after some hesitation.
