In the February 8 episode of 12/24 Karol Bagh aired on Zee TV, Abhi reveals to Simi that Vikram is facing a murder charge and may be sentenced to lifetime imprisonment.

Neetu insists that she will marry Vikram but Manju refuses to let her do so. Simi reveals to Neetu and her parents that Vikram has been accused of murder. However, Neetu feels that Simi and Abhi have hatched a new plan against her.

Dadi lays down a condition that she will cancel Nakul and Simi's marriage if Neetu refuses to marry Omi.

On hearing this, Neetu decides to use the opportunity to take revenge from Simi. She agrees to marry Omi only to force Simi to marry Nakul.

Having waited for a considerable time, Dadi prepares when Simi stops and says that Neetu is ready to marry Omi.

It is the story of the Sethi couple Rajinder (Banwari Taneja) and Manju Sethi (Alka Amin), who reside at 12/24 Karol Bagh. Besides Rajinder and Manju, the Sethi family comprises of Simi (Smriti Kalra), Anuj (Waseem Mushtaq), Neetu (Sargun Mehta) and Mili (Hunar Halli). The show revolves around these four characters that have different attitudes towards life.
