In the February 3 episode of Chhoti Bahu on Zee TV, as a final step towards the fulfillment of Dev's vow, Dev and Radhika go to the holy lake near Takshakraj's cave to bathe so that Takshakraj's blessings can get rid of all the disfigurement the burn injuries have caused on Radhika's body. Radhika is reluctant to disrobe since she is ashamed of her injuries and does not want Dev to see them. But Dev assures Radhika it is only a matter of time before her injuries are gone forever and convinces Radhika to undergo the ritual.
Meanwhile, Ammaji visits a black magic practitioner to see if he can help her find Vishakha. The demon worshipper tells Ammaji that he has a vision of Vishakha being in trouble and she is somewhere on the road that leads to Delhi.
Ammaji's late night absence makes Shastriji and Devaki fear for her safety. Ammaji returns home but does not tell Shastriji about where she was. Shastriji tells Ammaji about the function at Dev's home. Ammaji immediately agrees to attend, since she hopes that she may be able to find Vishakha on her way to Delhi.
Chhoti Bahu - Sindoor Bin Suhaagan is set in the spiritual land of Brindavan, the land where Lord Krishna grew up. The story revolves around Radhika and her sacrifices for the family.
An ardent worshipper of Lord Krishna, Radhika is adopted daughter of Brij Mohan Shastri. It is the love and faith in her dear Lord Krishna that provides Radhika the solace and strength to survive.
The lead role of Radhika is played by Rubina while Avinash Sachdev plays the role of Dev. Priyanka Misra plays the role of Vishakha. Besides the veteran actor Rita Bhadhuri, the cast also includes Rajeev Verma, Gopi Desai, Sampa Sagar and Kirti Kelkar.
