Radhika pleads to Dev to come back for the sake of respecting Dadi's words. However, in the July 28 episode of Chotti Bahu - Sindoor Bin Suhagan on Zee TV, Dev walks away saying that he has fulfilled all his duties towards Radhika's family and leaves.

A local landlord Mansaram approaches Mata Ramji and proposes that they should divide their disputed land in half. Not pleased with his words, Mata Ramji shoots him dead much to the shock of the onlookers.

Mata Ramji has barely calmed down when Dev (Abhay) returns home and apologizes to her for helping Radhika inspite of her warning him against doing so. He says that he felt pained by the woes of the Purohit family and went there to help them.

Rajjan and Kanika look on in horror thinking of Mata Ramji's reaction. However, she blesses Abhay and says that she is extremely pleased with his kindhearted approach.

Abhay tells Mata Ramji that the Purohit family wants him to stay with them and take up the responsibilities of the Math for six months. Mata Ramji readily agrees and encourages Abhay to fulfill all his religious duties much to Kanika and Rajjan's shock.

However, Kanika intervenes and says that she cannot allow her husband to live with another woman for six months.

Will Dev stay with the Purohit family and regain his memory?

Chhoti Bahu - Sindoor Bin Suhaagan is set in the spiritual land of Brindavan, the land where Lord Krishna grew up. The story revolves around Radhika and her sacrifices for the family.

An ardent worshipper of Lord Krishna, Radhika is adopted daughter of Brij Mohan Shastri. It is the love and faith in her dear Lord Krishna that provides Radhika the solace and strength to survive.

The lead role of Radhika is played by Rubina while Avinash Sachdev plays the role of Dev. Priyanka Misra plays the role of Vishakha. Besides the veteran actor Rita Bhadhuri, the cast also includes Rajeev Verma, Gopi Desai, Sampa Sagar and Kirti Kelkar.

The producer of the show, DJ's Creations, have also produced shows like Jassi Jaisi Koi Nah aired on Sony TV, Left Right Left aired on SAB TV and Jab Love Hua aired on Zee TV.  

Chhoti Bahu is aired on Zee TV Monday to Friday at 7:30 pm.
