In the February 4 episode of Dill Mill Gayye aired on Star One, Riddhima enters a house where she finds the bangle that Armaan had gifted her.

Riddhima falls unconscious after which, Armaan reaches the spot and writes a letter for Riddhima before leaving.

Siddhanth enters the house in search of Riddhima and finds the letter which says that, Armaan is going away from Riddhima's life forever.

When Riddhima regains consciousness, Siddhanth informs her about Armaan's decision.

A shocked Riddhima goes searching for Armaan.

DMG is the love story of Sanjeevani hospital interns Armaan and Riddhima.

Riddhima, fondly called as Ridz, is a sweet, simple and sensitive girl who wants her father Dr Shashank (Mohnish Behl) to be proud of her. Armaan is a smart and confident man who wants to become an efficient doctor. It all started with a love-hate relationship and now Armaan and Riddhima are planning to get married. Like Armaan and Ridz, the life and struggles of Atul-Anjali, Rahul-Muskaan and Abhimanyu-Nikita form the bedrock of the television serial.

The serial touches upon the way in which these adorable hospital interns deal with love, friendship, heartbreaks, family and work pressure.
