In the previous episode, Riddhima had gone in search of Armaan. In the February 5 episode of Dill Mill Gayye aired on Star One, Riddhima falls unconscious and Siddhanth calls up Atul for advice. Atul suggests that he should try to revive her by providing her body with heat.

Siddhanth decides to revive Riddhima by lying down next to her and providing her with body warmth.

Yuvraj warns Raj to leave Sanjeevani after which Raj threatens to reveal his secret to everyone.

DMG is the love story of Sanjeevani hospital interns Armaan and Riddhima.

Armaan is a smart and confident man who wants to become an efficient doctor. It all started with a love-hate relationship and now Armaan and Riddhima are planning to get married. Like Armaan and Ridz, the life and struggles of Atul-Anjali, Rahul-Muskaan and Abhimanyu-Nikita form the bedrock of the television serial.

The serial touches upon the way in which these adorable hospital interns deal with love, friendship, heartbreaks, family and work pressure.
