In the February 8 episode of Dill Mill Gayye aired on Star One, Riddhima regains consciousness after which Siddhanth reveals that he used the warmth of his body to revive her. Riddhima is shocked after hearing this.

Atul reaches Panchgani and Riddhima requests him to take her back to Mumbai. However, she refuses to let Siddhanth accompany them.

Dr Kirti, Naina, Jitender and Jignesh are stuck in the lift during which Dr Kirti starts experiencing labor pains. The interns help Dr Kirti to deliver her child in the lift itself. Dr Kirti gives birth to a baby boy.

Armaan is a smart and confident man who wants to become an efficient doctor. It all started with a love-hate relationship and now Armaan and Riddhima are planning to get married. Like Armaan and Ridz, the life and struggles of Atul-Anjali, Rahul-Muskaan and Abhimanyu-Nikita form the bedrock of the television serial.
