Laxmi Bai is sure that the conspirator is a close aide of Gangadhar Rao and gives her course of action a thought in the July 28 episode of Jhansi Ki Rani on Zee TV.
She assesses the situation and comes to the conclusion that Sakhu Bai, Lacho and Maharani Sahiba have employed either Raghunath, Tatya Dixit or Narsing Rao (Pradhan Mantriji) for the task. However, she does not know which of the three could be the culprit.
Laxmi Bai calls all three of them one after the other and tells them that she suspects the other two to be the conspirators. She asks each one to report to her any suspicious activity of the other two. Laxmi Bai also asks Sunder and Kashi to inspect the chambers of the three for any suspicious objects.
The next day, Tatya Dixit tells Laxmi Bai that someone is casting a spell on Gangadhar Rao using black magic. He shows her the ominous materials that he found below the King's bed. Laxmi Bai gets worried.
Meanwhile, Sakhu Bai, Lacho and Maharani Sahiba get happy thinking how their pawn will manage to kill Gangadhar Rao while he is offering puja. Sakhu Bai describes how the temple bell will come crashing down as soon as Gangadhar Rao lights the diya before the God's idol.
The story takes a twist when Laxmi Bai once again receives a letter asking her to come to Kali Mata Mandir to find out who is conspiring against Gangadhar Rao and performing black magic.
Laxmi Bai is in a dilemma. Should she go to the Mandir to find out or wait back in the palace and protect Gangadhar Rao?
