In the July 2 episode of Kalat Nakalat aired on Zee Marathi, Manas, who visibly looked unwell, returns home with Sandeep after a long trip. Sandeep tells Sadhna that Manas was about to drown when he jumped in a swimming pool but was rescued at the right time.

Sadhna was under the impression that Manas had gone for drama rehearsals. She is shocked to know that Rohit had financed his trip.

On the other hand Madhura hands over a cheque of Rs 2 Lakh and tells him that Sadhna has called her home to discuss something. Raghu Mama calls Rohit and informs him that he can keep all the money the builder has given him.

The episode takes a dramatic twist when Madhura comes to know that Rohit had given money to Manas for his trip.

Show Story

Kalat Nakalat on Zee Marathi (Mon-Sat, 9 pm) is the story of Madhura Pathak (Rujuta Deshmukh), a beautiful, young and educated girl, who dreams of becoming a famous actress much against the wishes of her tyrant father Aniruddha (Yatin Karyekar). Her mother Sadhana (Sukanya Mone) too is shadowed by her father's terror and always lives under his fear.

Aniruddha seeks an alliance for Madhura with Vishal Pandey (Sunil Barve), an advocate by profession. However, Madhura is in love with Bhushan (Subodh Bhave) who eventually cheats her. All this while, Madhura pretends to be the wife of her friend Gaurav Abhyankar (Aniket Vishwasrao) at his behest in order to please his grandpa.

 

When Madhura realizes Bhushan's true intentions she gets completely distraught. At that time, Gaurav stands by her and in due course the two get married.

 

However, Madhura's dreams are shattered soon after marriage as Gaurav falls prey to his step-mother Kamini's greed.

 

Life is now a battleground for her as Kamini and her son Akshay make her stay in the Abhyankar household miserable. Bhushan reenters her life as her sister-in-law Rutu's husband and creates more trouble.

 

Madhura finally sees a new ray of hope in Rohit Khanvilkar, an office subordinate, who exactly resembles her dead husband Gaurav. Unfortunately, Rohit's intentions too are not noble.
