In the February 5 episode of Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil on Star Plus, Viren holds the entire Juneja family at gunpoint and orders Prem to sign the property transfer papers. But the story takes a surprise twist as the police arrive and arrest Viren and his brothers.

Prem says that he was sure Viren or his brothers would commit a foolish act and confess their crimes. He says he had called the police and asked them to hear the confession before making any arrests. The police lead Gurinder, Ranvijay and Viren to spend a good part of their lives behind the prison walls.

Once the dust settles, Heer and Lalit realize that they committed a horrible mistake by making Meher marry Viren. They both ask Meher to forgive them for almost putting her into a life of misery. But Meher knows that all Lalit and Heer wanted was her happiness and tells them that they need not apologize.

Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil on Star Plus (Mon - Fri 8.30 P.M.) is the love story of Prem and Heer. The show stars Harshad Chopra and Aditi Gupta as the main leads. The show is produced by Ekta Kapoor of Balaji Telefilms.

The fathers of Prem and Heer are best friends and promise to get them married when they grow up. Both Prem and Heer give their family a lot of importance and do not question their father's decisions.

After meeting each other they fall in love and eventually got married. However, have to face a lot of problems and make sacrifices to keep the family together.

Their love for each other remains intact as they continue to deal with some of their own family members who try to separate the couple.

Kis Desh Mein Hai Mera Dil has successfully replaced the popular serial Kasautii Zindagi Kay that was one of Balaji Telefilm's most popular shows.
