In the January 11 episode of Miley Jab Hum Tum aired on Star One, Nupur is in a spot as Mayank has not been able to speak with Adhiraj. With the mahurat (auspicious moment) for the ring ceremony fast approaching, Nupur is in a state of panic.

Just when Adhiraj is about to slip in the ring, the lights go off as a part of the New Year celebrations.

Nupur's family complains about the lights being turned off at the wrong time as there was still a lot of time for the clock to strike midnight.

Samrat alerts Mayank about opportunity to speak with Adhiraj.

Nupur's uncle asks Adhiraj if he is happy to get engaged to Nupur.

Show Story

Miley Jab Hum Tum revolves around the lives of six students of a city college - Samrat (Mohit Sehgal), Gunjan (Sanaya), Nupur (Rati), Mayank (Arjun Bijlani), Dia (Navina Bole) and Uday (Jas Karan).

Gunjan and Nupur are cousins of Dia and Uday. Hailing from a small town, Gunjan and Nupur arrive in Mumbai for higher studies. They join the same college as Dia, a snob, who dislikes her cousin sisters. The brother-sister duo of Dia and Uday plans to make Gunjan and Nupur's lives hell at the college.

Adding to Dia's fury is Gunjan and Nupur's close relations with Samrat. She vows to leave no stone unturned to drive Gunjan and Nupur out of the college.

Love being the central theme, the show offers a mix of drama, melodrama and comedy with college life as a backdrop. For the young, the show is real life captured in reel. For the young at heart, the serial is a trip down memory lane.

Miley Jab Hum Tum is telecast from Mon-Thu at 9 pm on Star One.
