Paulson was disqualified from Dance India Dance due to medical reasons. He rejoined the reality show through a wild card entry. However, he is eliminated in the March 27 episode of Dance India Dance aired on Zee TV. 

Though Paulson puts up a brave front and consoles his mother, she is unable to control her tears.

Expressing her gratitude to Zee TV for offering a chance to Paulson, his mother recounts how his love for dance even took him to the verge of suicide.
