Dharmesh is disturbed at Manav assaulting a worker in the July 28 episode of Pavitra Rishta aired on Zee TV.

Satish tries to downplay the incident; however, Dharmesh fears such small issues could snowball into something big. Dharmesh warns Satish that if they keep on doing favors on others, their factory's future was doomed. Dharmesh reveals he would have sacked Manav if he was not aware about his dedication and his relationship with Archana.

Manav asks Savita if she had spoken to Shravani about Archana. Savita expresses her apprehensions about informing Shravani. She reveals that to avoid problems at home; Shravani has to be told in such way that she doesn't misunderstand. Manav corrects her, saying Shravani needed to be told about Archana.

Shravani walks into the room at the same time and hears Manav talking about Archana. Bristling with fury, Shravani expresses her failure to understand why the family kept on mentioning Archana even a year after she had left home. Shravani requests the family not to take Archana's name again.

Savita rejects Shravani's request. Savita points out to Shravani that she never had any reason to fear Archana. If Shravani continued to fret over Archana, then the problem was with her, Savtia categorically tells her.

Manohar helps Archana in the kitchen. He asks Archana if she has any plans to marry again. Manohar points out to her that life's rigors would be less if she had someone's company. Archana says she has the support of her memories.

Shravani learns about Manav's fight at the factory from neighbors. She also learns that Manav's boss is a woman and rumors were thick about his affair with her. Though she downplays the incident and asserts her confidence in Manav, fear rises in Shravani.

Pavitra Rishta aired on Zee TV is the story of a middle-class girl Archana's attempts to win over her estranged husband and the love of her in-laws. Ankita Lokhande and Sushant Singh Rajput play Archana and Manav Deshmukh respectively.

The cast also includes Priya Marathe, Prarthana Behere, Parag Tyagi, Swati Anand, Savita Prabhune, Kishori Govind, Pankaj Vishnu and Smita Oak star in the serial set in Dombivali, a suburb of Mumbai. The show is produced by Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms.

The eldest daughter of the Karanjkar family, Archana (Ankita Lokhande) had to leave school for the well-being of her family. The attempt of her parents to find a suitable groom for her also ends in a mess when she marries Manav (Sushant Singh Rajput), a mechanic by profession. The marriage with Manav is an outcome of a conspiracy by Archana's sister-in-law Manjusha and her family.

Every cloud has a silver lining and Manav turns out to be a man of pure gold. He is considerate, conscientious and to top it all, immensely in love with Archana. However, Archana's happiness is short-lived. Manipulation of her relatives and destiny's cruel hands cause Manav and Archana to separate. Both eventually file for divorce.
