The effervescent Shenaz Treasurywala welcomes the panelists and audience members to participate in yet another exciting season of fun and amusement.
The first contestant, Babbu Baral, fills the atmosphere with roars of laughter by sharing his experience of watching Shatrughan Sinha's films.

Deepak Sharma entices the audience ridiculing an elderly lady singing Beedi Jalaile (Omkara, 2005) and wins the smiles of the judges.

Mumbai's Anil Shukla emulates the Madrasis doing a little jig and speaks about their tendency of not wearing anything below their dhotis causing a stir of laughter among the crowd.

In round two, Prakash Nagauri entertains the crowd addressing Shenaz as rabri (a sweet dish made of milk).

Brijesh Dubey delights the judges by explaining to them the literal meaning of the song Crazy Kiya Re (Dhoom 2, 2006) creating an uproar of enjoyment amidst the audience.

Aired on Star One, Laughter Challenge is a reality comedy show where people showcase their sense of humour, crack jokes, mimic and do all possible things to make sure that every bone of your body is tickled. The show is judged by former cricketer and commentator Navjot Singh Sidhu and actor Shatrughan Sinha.
