Perizad Kolah Marshall welcomes the audiences for the ninth elimination round of the show. She wishes luck to the six contestants and requests the judges Shatrughan Sinha and Navjot Sidhu to share their thoughts about the show.

Navjot Sidhu tries to motivate the contestants and Shatrughan Sinha conveys the thought of standing apart in the crowd by doing something unique and wishes all the best to the contestants.

Shamsher and Harpal, the co-anchors of the show take on the floor and impress the judges with their inimitable style of wit and humor. They then declare the results of the previous episode. Jaswant Singh gains 30 points in total thus securing a place in the show. Aniruddh Madesiya from Kanpur gains a total of 28 points and thus has to leave the show.

Bharati Singh from Amritsar impresses Navjot Singh Sidhu and Shatrughan Sinha by the enactment of humorous encounters with her neighbor. 

Suresh Albela from Kota impresses the Judges with his jokes on the lovers of yesteryears and those of today refering to Saif-Kareena and Bipasha-John affairs. He makes them laugh by sharing jokes about himself. He also makes wonderful satire on sleazy songs and the plight of common man. Siddhu praises him of reinventing his content and style.

Rash Behari Gaur shares jokes on the common man and throws a satire on the prevalent conditions of the country and policies of the government.  

The duo of Sikandar Sanam and Valish Sheikh enact the courtesan and Emperor Akbar. They make the judges laugh by their jokes on Emperor Akbar and Anarkali.

Jaswant Singh from Ludhiana shares jokes about strugglers who land in Mumbai and is at his wittiest best by mimicking actors like Naseeruddin Shah and Raza Murad. 

Shrikant Maski sends across a wave of laughter by mimicking a south Indian and enacting a spoof of an audition for a Mahabharata TV series.

Suresh Albela leads the show. Three contestants Bharti Singh, Shrikant Maski and duo of Sikandar Sanam and Valish Sheikh are tied on 46 points. Jaswant Singh and Rash Behari Gaur reach the danger zone.

Aired on Star One, Laughter Challenge is a reality comedy show where people showcase their sense of humour, crack jokes, mimic and do all possible things to make sure that every bone of your body is tickled. The show is judged by former cricketer and commentator Navjot Singh Sidhu and actor Shatrughan Sinha.
