The laughter riot Bharati Singh, dressed in an elegant white Salwaar suit, mimics the voice of a child and then whips up the audience by narrating an incident about a barber, in front of whom the entire world bends its head.

Celebrity guest judge Bappi Lahiri is mesmerized by the creative talents of Abdal Khan, who shares the story of a crow harassing a politician.

The atmosphere of the show changes to one of great excitement and fun when the toxic combination of Sikander Sanam and Wali Sheikh ridicule themselves. Sikander Sanam lightens up the mood by sharing one of his bloopers with the crowd—while performing the wedding customs, he asks the priest to interchange places with him as the bridegroom.

Navjot Singh Siddhu jumps up from his seat when Suresh Albela, in his inimitable style, narrates the naughty thoughts that run through a boy's mind on seeing a girl.

Aired on Star One, Laughter Challenge is a reality comedy show where people showcase their sense of humour, crack jokes, mimic and do all possible things to make sure that every bone of your body is tickled. The show is judged by former cricketer and commentator Navjot Singh Sidhu and actor Shatrughan Sinha.
